magnolia petals
scattered in the garden
like happiness

we dance
down daffodil lane
once more

a breeze
fresh like the blossom
then stillness

apricot blossom
maybe this year
is the one

perfumed air
melts the heart
that aches

yellow blossom tree
eyes full of sleep
and wonder
