Tiring the heart--
mountains and ocean
too much beauty

..the parade

I'm waiting
for the St. Patrick's Day parade
for spring
is always a blink away...
or ten tablespoons of olive oil

Is that part of a corned beef recipe? (I'm so literal!)

...Diana, this time you have completely missed what i'm saying..or i'm not saying it clearly enough..here, in Montreal,
everyone looks forward to the St. Patrick's Day parade cause once past that, spring is not too far off..i say:" for spring is a blink away/or ten tablespoons of olive oil..here, i'm assuming that the reader will tune into a habit of some people taking a tablespoon of olive oil every day, or, every other day..therefore, i'm saying
that spring is a blink away or ten tablespoons of olive oil (perhaps
10-15 days)..perhaps i'm the only one who understands this poem..i do think of it as a mild kyoka--very mild wry humor..perhaps
i've missed the mark, in this one
..thanks much..spiros
